Our properties provide both Long Term and Short term accommodation for professional tenants, primarily across the North of England, including:

The accommodation provided by Blacksquare provides an alternative to hotel accommodation and is available on a minimum of a 1 month contract.
Our tenants include consultants, project managers, healthcare workers and sales agents.
Our properties are fully en-suite, mostly newly refurbished to a high standard, and fully furnished. Additionally, all properties include:
- Free Wifi
- TV
- Laundry Service; washing machine, iron & ironing board
- Kitchen equipment, Kettle, toaster, oven & microwave
Each property is ready to move in and available at short notice.
