HOW IT WORKS

At Blacksquare we only manage accommodation at a high standard, specifically newly refurbished properties for a set period of time, to house our tenants. This is also known as Rent to Rent and we pay the landlord a fixed and regular income monthly.

Blacksquare guarantee a fixed rental income by effectively becoming your tenant for a contracted period of up to 36 months. It is then our responsibility to select the right tenants for your property and regularly inspect properties, whilst maintaining a close relationship with tenants to ensure your property is well looked after.

When we take over your property, we also take a vested interest in its upkeep and will ensure that your property is well maintained and we only house a good standard of tenant.
